How to use Healing Life Wand
Do Belly Button Breathing sitting in a chair or lying on the floor. Imagine that you breathe in and out through your belly button. With Belly Button Breathing, you promote good energy and blood circulation, increase vitality and induce relaxation of body and mind.
1. Sit in a chair or lie on the floor.
2. Gently rub your abdomen clockwise with your palm for a minute to relax your body and mind.
3. Press your navel with the Belly Button Healing Wand (see diagram below). Relax your shoulders and press your
navel rhythmically, repeatedly, and mindfully. Exhale in sharp, short breaths through your mouth or nose at this
time. The relaxing effect is greater if you emphasise your outgoing breath.
4. Do about 100 to 300 repetitions at once. This should take one to three minutes.
5. When you're finished pressing your belly button, spend at least a couple of minutes focusing on your body while
your breathe comfortably, as you imagine life energy entering your abdomen through your belly button.
6. Try to feel other changes happening in your whole body.
